   PAB linear classification vibrating screen is widely used for the classification and screening treatment of materials such as iron ore, coal mine, non-ferrous metal mine, building materials, chemical industry, etc. The equipment adopts advanced design methods such as finite element analysis and fatigue resistance analysis to ensure the reasonable structure of the screening machine, low energy consumption, and large screening and grading capabilities. Can adapt to various working conditions that are prone to corrosion and wear. Large processing capacity, high efficiency, and stable performance. The size of the screening machine can also be customized according to customer requirements.
    Our linear grading vibrating screen is equipped with two vibration motors, which use the principle of reverse self synchronization to make the screen body move in a straight line. The screen body drives the screen surface to vibrate synchronously, transmitting force to the materials on the screen. The impact material is thrown on the screen surface for layering and sieving according to the specified particle size. The materials are continuously buffered and input from the feeding trough to the receiving plate, and are screened and graded through the screen surface. The materials on and off the screen are respectively discharged into the receiving trough on and off the screen, and enter the next process step. The direction of the excitation force and the horizontal angle can be designed according to the properties of the materials on the customer's site. This angle determines the operating speed of the materials on the screen surface and the processing capacity of the equipment.
