   PAB linear dewatering vibrating screen is widely used in industries such as mineral processing, coal preparation, building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industry. In the mineral processing industry, it is commonly used for desliming, dewatering, dewatering, and tailings dry discharge treatment of materials such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal mines, and coal mines. The equipment adopts advanced design methods such as finite element analysis and fatigue resistance analysis to ensure the reasonable structure of the screening machine, low energy consumption, and large dehydration and dry discharge capacity. Can adapt to various working conditions that are prone to corrosion and wear. Large processing capacity, high efficiency, and stable performance. The size of the screening machine can also be customized according to customer requirements.
   PAB linear dehydration vibrating screen is equipped with two vibration motors, which use the principle of reverse self synchronization to make the screen body move in a straight line. The screen body drives the screen surface to vibrate synchronously, transmitting force to the materials on the screen. The impact material is thrown on the screen surface for solid-liquid separation and separation of coarse and fine particle materials. The materials are continuously fed directly into the feeding trough or cyclone, and are dehydrated and dehydrated through the screen surface. The materials on and off the screen are discharged into the receiving trough on and off the screen respectively, and enter the next process step.
   The direction of the excitation force and the horizontal angle can be designed according to the properties of the materials on the customer's site. This angle determines the operating speed of the materials on the screen surface and the processing capacity of the equipment.

5.The overcurrent components and easily worn parts are sprayed with polyurea using an imported spraying machine from the United States, which is corrosion-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant.
6.The post weld heat treatment process of the main components effectively eliminates welding stress.

   1.The modular design of polyurethane sieve plates allows for arbitrary swapping of positions between them, optimizing the utilization rate of sieve plates and meeting the on-site usage conditions and environment of customers.
